"Having broke the talus bone in my right foot and being told it's a very rare and difficult break to fix I was afraid, anxious and didn't really know what was going to happen. That was until I met Mr Malik, he knew exactly what to say to make it a lot easier to understand. Mr Malik made me feel at ease and reassured me everything would be fine.
